Meet the Director and Lead Consultant


Feyi Ayodele B.Sc(Hons), Prince2, Master NLP Practitioner


Feyi is a Trauma-Informed Domestic Abuse & Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Coach and Training Consultant with over 20 years experience. 


She works with domestic abuse survivors from diverse backgrounds through their recovery journey and provides therapeutic family court support to those going through the family courts in private law proceedings.


She brings her grounded knowledge of survivors’ lived experiences and perpetrators tactics to design and deliver practical, transformative training programmes to help professionals and practitioners to better provide effective support services to the clients they work with in their various organisations.


Feyi is a motivational and inspirational trainer with excellent facilitation skills. She has experience working with various corporate organisations delivering training and facilitating workshops with global teams and senior executives.


She has delivered domestic abuse training to professionals in statutory and non-statutory organisations including the Police, NHS teams - Veteran Healthcare Practitioners, GPs, Midwives, Social Prescribers,  Children and Adult Social Workers, Housing Association Officers, Adoption Agencies, Domestic Abuse Practitioners, Volunteers at domestic abuse charities and other charities that support vulnerable people, Religious Groups, Secondary School and University Students and Staff, Survivors’ Support Groups and Private Sector Professionals. 


Feyi is a regular guest speaker and contributor on domestic abuse and narcissistic abuse focused podcasts, livestreams, webinars and conferences. She was one of the speakers alongside the Domestic Abuse Commisioner for England & Wales, Nicole Jacobs and other leaders from leading domestic abuse agencies (Safelives and Womens Aid) at the eve Domestic Abuse Charity Symposium held at the Highgate House in Northampton in March 2020 where she delivered a session on the 'Complexities of Domestic Abuse in Black, Asian & Minority Ethnic Communities'. 


She was a keynote speaker at MK:act's (Milton-Keynes Women's Aid) 50th Anniversary Conference on November 4, 2025, held at The Open University, Milton-Keynes Campus, where she spoke about on Honour-Based Abuse. She also delivered a workshop on Coercive and Controlling Behaviour to delegates at the conference.


Feyi has successfully integrated her lived experience, invaluable Agile Project Management skills, grounded domestic abuse knowledge and expertise to design and develop bespoke training programmes for professionals and self-paced e-learning courses for survivors.
