Narcissistic Abuse Training for Church Leaders & Christian Professionals

Strive is a transformative, 3-day intensive training designed to equip Christian leaders and practitioners with a deep, trauma-informed understanding of narcissistic abuse and domestic abuse within Christian contexts.

The course explores the dynamics of narcissistic abuse trauma, including coercive control, scriptural manipulation, gaslighting, and the long-term psychological and spiritual impact on victim-survivors.

Participants will gain the knowledge and skills needed to recognise the subtle and overt signs of abuse, prevent escalation through early intervention, avoid common faith-based misunderstandings that often cause further harm and

respond wisely and compassionately to narcissistic abuse or domestic abuse disclosures amongst congregations, clients and the communities they serve.

Developed by Christians for Christians.

The training is firmly grounded in biblical truth, integrity, and pastoral responsibility.

Scriptures are thoughtfully integrated to inform clarity on Biblical teachings about abuse, submission, forgiveness, repentance, reconciliation, love and justice.

The course challenges harmful interpretations that protect and enable abusers while empowering leaders to uphold Christ-centred care, safety, and accountability.
